A Group For Men Who Are Parenting that provides non-judgmental support, guidance, shared, experience, help navigating systems resources and what to expect from diapers to dating. Food will be provided.
Childcare and assistance with local transportation available. RSVP not required but appreciated to help with planning. RSVP at the email or phone number above.
A weekly group for those who would like to join in the company of others while they knit.
Recommended for those ages 13 and up. Sing to your heart’s content under the guidance and accompaniment of musician and teacher Robert Kelly. Songs will include pop, folk, jazz standards and show tunes. Exercises in breathing, relaxation and listening will be incorporated and opportunities to perform at community events will be offered. No auditions, everyone is welcome, no prior training necessary. All you need is the desire to sing. Music will be provided. Registration requested. Drop-ins are encouraged, but call ahead – group occasionally performs off-site during regular class times.
A playgroup and storytime for kids ages 3 – 5. Come hear stories, sing songs and play some games! Check the library’s website at the link above to learn about the theme of the month. Registration is required for Preschool Play & Learn only if your group includes 5 or more children. Siblings are allowed to come as long as parents are aware that activities will be intended for the age group listed.

A Pittsfield CFCE storytime for babies and toddlers up to age 2.
Registration is required for storytime only if your group includes 5 or more children. Siblings are allowed to come as long as parents are aware that activities and story will be intended for the age group listed. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult, age 18 or older, at all times.
Join some of the finest chefs in the Berkshires for a delicious meal. Greet your neighbors and meet new friends! Donations are gratefully accepted. Also, non-perishable food items are collected for local food banks. Please contribute if you can.
Berkshire Museum is proud to present a program for little ones ages 6-18 months and their caregivers.
Come explore the world through your babies’ eyes! Positive verbal and physical interactions are a key element in their healthy growth and development. Together we will read stories, sing songs, learn sign language, and stretch our bodies and minds. There will also be time for caregivers to get to know each other, share stories, and gain information and knowledge from our collective parenting experiences. Play and learn with us every Tuesday.
Recommended for those age 13 and up. Multi-instrumentalist, teacher and performer Rob Sanzone will teach ukulele technique, chord progressions and songs from many musical genres. A limited number of ukuleles are available for loan to participants who do not have an instrument. Beginners are encouraged, reading music is not required. Music and chord charts will be provided.
