In honor of Michaelmas, the traditional festival of gratitude around the harvest, the community gathers in school gardens planted, tended and harvested by students.
Join in Apple Cider pressing (and tasting) with biodynamic apples, Herbal Salt making with fresh organic herbs from the Steiner garden and help craft a harvest loaf to share. Steiner students and teachers fill the garden with live music, and to add to the fun, donkey rides are available for children during the event. A great day to bring a picnic and revel in the glories of the autumn garden in the Berkshires.
