We’ve got a family four-pack of tickets to Mill City Production’s ‘Cinderella Goes Disco’ [GIVEAWAY]
NORTH ADAMS — This weekend kicks off the two-weekend run of ‘Cinderella Goes Disco’ at Mill City Productions in North Adams, as our FIRST giveaway of the day on Berkshire Family Focus (that’s right, another one will be posted later this afternoon).
“Cinderella Goes Disco” is a bright participation play which combines three traditional fairy tales in a most unusual fashion. The Prince has invited all of the girls in the kingdom to a big disco dance at the palace… but Cinderella (alas!) cannot go, because she has no disco dress. Enter the Fairy Godmother. When Cinderella doubts that she can catch the eye of the handsome prince, the Fairy Godmother tries to convince her by telling her the story of Sleeping Beauty. When Cinderella hesitates a second time, she is told the story of Beauty and the Beast. At last she is convinced… and attends the dance in royal fashion.
Performances will take place on Fridays, June 13 and 20, at 7 p.m.; Saturdays, June 14 and 21, at 2 and 7 p.m.; and Sundays, June 15 and 22, at 2 p.m.
